Lt. Phillips MAC Ninth Army, 31st Medical Group is here charged with the responsibility of Administration and Supply of the Germany Army Hospitals in this district. Our Battalion Surgeon, Captain Fornwalt, will assist Lt. Phillips in selecting those to be discharged from the hospital. Twenty seven (27) were discharged today and we transported them to the PW cage at Blankenburg. It is requested that I, Captain Howard S. Kresky be appointed Summary Court Officer of this district.
