Info 743rd TK BN. AAR. Sept. 15, 1944

Some resistance was encountered near 723519. (Black arrow on map) At this point the tanks were fired upon by small arms fire, an anti-tank gun, and one Tank.

Tank C-11 was knocked out and Pfc. Robert "Bob" Robinson was killed instantly and Sgt. Gilmer received minor wounds from pieces of the shell.

 Tank C-12 was also hit on the turret, seriously wounding Sgt. John R. Sechman in the head.
